There isn't a real "warranty" here, if a seller cannot provide me a shipping number and prove that they sent it out I'll happily refund any customers, most of the people intended to use this site are hobbyists and collectors, I don't think anyone's about to pull a occlupanid-scam. Otherwise what you buy is what you get, if an occlupanid is broken in the mail or lost in the mail there isn't a whole lot I can or will do for it. If a seller become known for selling broken occlupanids or scamming and not selling the promised panid; then I will not only ban, but attempt to reimburse everyone where I can.
